Our Commitment to Accessibility
At Weird Sisters Freak Boutique, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We believe our website should be easy to use and accessible to all visitors, and we are actively working to improve the user experience for everyone.
Current Status and Actions
We are currently evaluating and updating our website to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
Because we utilize a third-party website builder platform, we are continuously working within its features to optimize text legibility, color contrast, and image descriptions. As part of our commitment, we are also preparing a transition to an advanced, fully accessible e-commerce platform next year to provide an even more seamless and compliant digital experience for all our customers.
We Are Here to Help
If you are having difficulty viewing, navigating, or understanding any content on this website, or if you notice any feature that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please contact us directly. We are happy to personally assist you with any information you need, including our hours, location, or product details.
We take your feedback seriously and will consider it as we evaluate ways to accommodate all of our customers and our overall accessibility policies.
